I am committed to supporting individuals in identifying their own unique inner strengths and capacity for resilience, through an attachment lens, focused on building and strengthening relationships. I understand that people are the experts in their own lives and offer specific, individualized tools that they can utilize throughout their lives.
I am a Registered Psychologist, skilled at supporting individuals living with complex trauma, attachment deficits, difficulties with emotion regulation, and self-harming behaviours.
I use a client-centered, attachment, and strength-based approach, incorporating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Play therapy, Equine Assisted therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Indigenous Tools for Living, Mindfulness based approaches, and Ecopsychology into my work with clients.
I offer a safe and supportive space to explore emotions and experiences, while creating meaning and purpose in your life.

Social Work Diploma Student • CBT Life Coach • Equine-Assisted Learning Practitioner
With a background in Growth and Mindset coaching and several years facilitating Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL), I support individuals in cultivating self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth. I hold a Diploma in Equine Studies from the University of Guelph and am a Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) Instructor in both English and Western disciplines. My experience includes guiding multi-day horseback trips through the rugged beauty of Willmore Wilderness Park.
My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and rooted in social work ethics and reflective practice. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles, EAL, and relational social work values to support clients navigating life transitions, stress, and everyday challenges with clarity, connection, and care.
I offer a calm, grounded presence and strive to create a space where individuals feel safe, seen, and supported. I am especially passionate about walking alongside those seeking greater balance, emotional wellness, or a deeper sense of purpose in their lives.
📍 Sessions are available in person in Edson (Mondays & Tuesdays), virtually throughout the week, and in Grande Cache by appointment for EAL and in-person support. All services are supervised by a Registered Psychologist.
